    2021年12月14日，美國國際貿易委員會（ITC）發布終裁：對本案行政法官于2021年11月19日作出的初裁（No.19、20）不予複審，即基于申請方撤回，分别終止對美國專利号8,378,875第11項申訴的調查和對列名被告巴西UEI Brasil Controles Remotos Ltda., Brazil的調查。
